Our range includes ex: works and “Made to Order” Australian Organic and Conventional Vegetable and Fruit with screen size of 0.5mm through to 8.6mm. Packed into Aseptic, Chilled or Frozen formats between 100g and 1000kg.
Ezy Chef works with Australian growers to source and texture modify Organic & Conventional herbs to meet with our customer requirements. The texture modified “Made to Order” range includes Basil, Coriander, Mint, Parsley, Sage.
Ezy Chef’s Organic and Conventional Bulk Juice offering pass through screen sizes from 0.6mm down to 0.25mm. Juice’s include Beetroot, Blueberry, Carrot,, Cherry, Cucumber, Ginger, Kale, Pomegranate, Sweet Potato.
Ezy Chef offer a range of dairy seasoned Mash and dairy free Mash.
Ezy Chef manufacture a range of Fruit Toppings for the dairy industry, most of the Fruit is sourced in Australia with the blended topping packaged into Aseptic or Chilled the Fruit Toppings include Strawberry, Blueberry, Raspberry, Mixed Berry, Mango, Passionfruit.
Ezy Chef manufacture a range of Fruit Coulis for the Food Service industry, most of the Fruit is sourced in Australia with the blended coulis packaged into 1.25kg squeeze bottles.
Ezy Chef produces a vast range of soups for the Health & Food Service sectors, the range use Australian produce with a higher that industry standard addition of vegetable and protein. Our popular soups include Butternut Pumpkin Soup; Potato & Leek Soup; Lentil and Lamb Soup; Corn & Chicken Soup. The soup can be packed into Aseptic, Chilled or Frozen format.
Using Australian ingredients where possible, we produce a range of sauces which include: Napoli, Bechamel, Gravy, Curry, Lemon, Makhani, Sweet Chilli, Thai. Our sauces can be packed into 100g sachets trough to 6kg pillow pouches.
Our meals are designed specifically with taste in mind for people who have trouble eating regular food and need extra nutrition and textures in a Ready to Eat format.
